I have been in kitchens since I was 18, starting out at TAFE and cooking full time ever since. Seventeen years later I am still doing what I love most, serving up Thai flavours and hearty cafe breakfasts that bring people together.

Navy & Oak is my dream come true, a place where everyone feels welcome. The menu has something for all tastes and needs, and yes, even your four legged friends have a place here too.

For me it is not just about the food. It is about creating a space that feels easy, and relaxed. From your morning coffee to the way we look after you, every detail is done with care.

This cafe is more than work for me. It is a passion I have carried for years, and I cannot wait to share it with you.
